Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To help keep my small business running smoothly and ensure fair access to appointments for all clients, please take a moment to read the cancellation and rescheduling policy below.

General Cancellations

I kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment.
This allows me to offer your time slot to another client on the waiting list.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 6 hours of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Please understand that short-notice cancellations leave little opportunity to fill the spot, and as a small business, this directly impacts my ability to provide flexible bookings for everyone.

Long Appointments (3+ Hours)

For long appointments, I require at least 3 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
These appointments are often difficult to rebook at short notice.

Long appointments include (but are not limited to):

  • Cosmetic tattooing (brows, lips, or eyeliner)

  • RF skin tightening treatments (multi-area sessions)

  • Combination IPL packages or multiple treatment areas booked together

  • Large body waxing sessions

  • Lash lifts or brow treatments paired with additional services

If less than 3 days’ notice is given, a late cancellation fee may apply.
No-shows for these longer sessions will be charged the full service amount.

Late or After-Hours Messages

Please note that late-night messages (after 9pm) count as part of the 6-hour cancellation window.
I may not see these until the following morning, which effectively means less than adequate notice.
To avoid fees, please try to contact me during business hours or at least one full day before your appointment.

Running Late

If you are running late, please send me a quick message.
I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but depending on the schedule, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for the next client.

Why This Policy Exists

Every appointment is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or cancelled without notice, it prevents others from booking that time.
This policy helps maintain fairness for all clients and ensures I can continue offering flexible, personalized service.
